SALE ITEMS

All sale items are a final purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless they are faulty.

EXCHANGES + CREDITS

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Not happy with your purchase? We are more than willing to exchange the item, or offer you a credit note which is valid for 6 months.

To receive a refund or credit note, items must:

  • be unworn and in their original condition with all tags intact
  • not have any dirt, makeup, deodorant or fake tan marks
  • not smell of perfume, deodorant or body odour

All claims are assessed on an individual basis.

Please email reewindclothing@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase to organise an exchange or credit note.

REFUNDS

No refunds unless product is deemed faulty by the store. If you have a faulty item please email reewindclothing@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 

SHIPPING 

We ship all items using Registered Australia Post with a flat fee of $10.00. FREE Shipping on all orders over $100. Local Manjimup click & collect also available. 

Once your order has been carefully packed and posted you will receive an email with a tracking number that will enable you to track your parcel with Australia. 

All orders are sent within 2 business days.

Shipping can take 2-5 business days depending on your location.
